Full Course Design & Development

A complete corporate eLearning programme focused on project management and the Goal! way of working. The project involved transforming existing subject-matter content into structured, interactive learning modules, covering project fundamentals, planning, stakeholder management, monitoring and risk, and project closure. The development included instructional design, script and storyboard creation, scenario-based questions, self-assessments, drag-and-drop activities, knowledge checks, immediate feedback, visual concepts and full Articulate Storyline development. The modules were designed as one consistent learning journey, using realistic workplace situations and practical project-management decisions to help learners apply the methodology in their daily work.
